I AM STANA

I was a quiet dreamer . . .

someone who let life happen to me rather than daring to shape it.

I moved from one place to another—first from Italy to Chile, then from Chile to London—each time hoping that a new environment would make the questions and uncertainties vanish.

Yet, each leap only made the voice inside me grow louder:

If you’ve ever said “I don’t know why I feel like this”, or “everything looks fine, but something’s off.”

Then this is for you.

You’ll learn how to get to the core that drives your decisions, your habits, your relationships—even the ones you say you don’t want. You won’t be flooded with theory or forced to overshare. You’ll just be asked to look—clearly and honestly—at what’s behind your patterns.

And once you see it, you won’t be able to unsee it.

I AM STANA

I’ve crossed continents the way most people cross streets. Italy. Chile. London. Mexico. Malaysia. Each country gave me something — and took something too. I adapted fast. I had to. Not just to survive, but to make sense of who I was becoming.

I’ve lived many lives — and every one of them has shaped the woman I am today.

I’ve lived many lives — and every one of them has shaped the woman I am today.

Born between two countries, raised between two worlds, I’ve spent a lifetime learning how to adapt, decode, reinvent, and choose. I didn’t always know who I was meant to be, but I always knew I wasn’t meant to stay in one shape.

Italy gave me structure. A sense of order, heritage, and survival through silence.

Chile gave me contrast. Distance. Introspection. Space to question.

London demanded truth. It taught me grit, independence, and the freedom of starting again.

Mexico and Malaysia reminded me that movement is a language in itself. That you don’t have to pick one life — you can live all of them, if you’re brave enough.

Travel has always been one of my great passions. Maybe because my father was a pilot. Maybe because I’ve always felt more alive in motion. I explore the world not to escape it, but to engage with it fully. And in doing so, I keep discovering new edges of myself.

But my story isn’t about places — it’s about becoming.

I’ve worked as a translator, a chef, a photo blogger in war-torn zones, a security agent in airports. I’ve built a career in communication and a life in transformation.

I’ve stood at the edge more times than I can count — and each time, I chose to step forward, not back. Becoming a coach wasn’t a pivot. It was the natural evolution of everything I’ve lived. Today, I help others strip away the noise, the labels, the shoulds — and build a life that actually fits.

I don’t offer platitudes or perform self-help. I walk with people as they find their way back to themselves — and then forward, into something braver.

If you're ready to crack your own identity wide open — to move from conditioned to conscious, from fragmented to whole — I’m here for it.

You don’t need a new version of yourself.

You just need the real one to finally take the lead. Let’s build your story — your way.

In Italy, I was cocooned in Certainty, shaped by the expectations of others, never needing to question the path laid out for me. Yet, that Certainty came at the cost of Significance

I felt invisible, drowned out by stronger personalities, my own voice lost beneath the weight of pleasing others.

The ache inside me whispered of something more, of a version of myself that wasn’t just surviving but truly living.

Then came London—a place where Certainty was traded for raw, unfiltered Growth. It was no longer about escape; it was about creation. Here, I faced the reality that true Significance doesn't come from being acknowledged by others but by standing tall in my own choices.

It was in this space of self-reliance that I discovered the real meaning

of Love & Connection—not just with others, but with myself. The person who once moulded herself to fit the expectations of those around her was now shaping her own world.

And as I stepped into Contribution,

I realized that the journey had never been about running—it had always been about expansion.
